Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st, 2025 by visiting the RSVP tab and following the prompts. Please also be sure to enter any dietary restrictions.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

While we love your children, we've decided to have an adults-only wedding.

Question

How do I prepare for this trip?

Answer

A valid passport is the most essential thing you will need. If you need a new passport or need to renew an expired one, the current timeline is 4-6 weeks. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the trip date. If you plan to rent a car, you must obtain an International Drivers License. This can be easily obtained at a local AAA or online. 2025 is the next Jubilee Year in Rome and Vatican City. Because of this, it is expected to be more busy than usual for this time of year. We recommend making reservations as soon as you know you are able to make the trip as booking later may have a much higher price -- flights and hotel/Airbnb accommodations

Question

Where should I fly into?

Answer

Florence (FLR) will be the closest airport but because it is smaller, there will be fewer flights and they may be more expensive. Rome (FCO) will have the most flight options, typically cheaper as it is a large international airport. From there you would take a high speed train to Florence (1.5 hours). The train is very convenient and easy to navigate!

Question

What is the weather like in Italy in October?

Answer

Average temperatures range from a high of 75 degrees to lows of 65 degrees.
