Booking Options March 2020 Update

The previous room pricing reserved through our hotel coordinator partners at PlayaDelCarmen.com and Classic Vacations has been RELEASED now that the February/March due dates have passed. You may still book your room through the Classic Vacations website (see "Travel Dates" section), but you are now free to book through other services if you like. You may end up paying a different price than you originally saw for our room block, however, so please keep this in mind. No matter how you book your trip, there are 2 essential things to remember: 1) You MUST forward your booking confirmation and details for both your room AND flight to levelup02292020@gmail.com, and 2) we must have this information from you no later than April 15, 2020 or you will be removed from the guest list. This only is to ensure that those who RSVP'd have made the proper arrangements and are guaranteed to attend.

Travel Dates

The happy couple will be staying at the Royalton Riviera Resort from July 17 - July 24, 2020. You are welcome to join us through the entire length of our stay, but for your budget, we suggest you play your trip at least between July 17-July 21, 2020. We chose this 5-day, 4-night duration because we feel it will allow you the maximum amount of enjoyment for your vacation without feeling rushed through the experience. You can book your room 3 ways with invite code "levelup2020": 1) Call 888-537-9797 2) Email whitney@playadelcarmen.com and mention your invite code 3) Click the "VIEW" link on the left hand side, enter the invite code, and click "Book This Trip" at the top. *Terms are viewable on the website ***The February 27, 2020 due date has now passed, and pricing may now be variable for rooms booked through the Classic Vacations website.

Flight

Flight Information

Flights can be booked independently. We recommend using Hopper or setting Google Flight Alerts to plan for your upcoming trip. Cancún is serviced by the Cancún International Airport. For your room booking, they will ultimately require your flight information to coordinate your arrival and departures (especially for airport transportation). If you do not have your flight information at the time of booking, you can provide it at a later time.

Shuttle

Shuttle Transfers to and from the resort

Independent bookings: Do not forget to book transportation to/from the resort and airport! Most travel booking services will offer this as an additional option when you book your flight/hotel room. Classic Vacations bookings: You will see two options when you book your room online through the Classic Vacations website (also available by phone/email) through our room block. We recommend selecting the "One-Way Group Multi-Stop Shared Transfer - $32.00" option, unless you prefer a private shuttle.
