What does "All-Inclusive" mean?

Answer

Learn more about the Royalton Riviera Cancun's "All-In Luxury" package here: https://www.royaltonresorts.com/royalton/all-in-luxury All-Inclusive typically guarantees 3 things during your stay: unlimited food, drink, and access to the property. Some resorts have special restaurants that upcharge your meal, and items like spa services are typically not included. This also does not include your flight. The idea is to eat, drink, and stay at the resort to take full advantage of your resort pricing.

Will you be paying for our trip?

Answer

As much as we would love to be able to provide this experience for you, you will be responsible for your room and airfare, and other travel expenses such as shuttles. We may offer an additional, optional excursion at a later time as well.

What airport is nearest to Cancún?

Answer

The airport to fly in to is the Cancún International Airport, located in Cancún, Quintana Roo, on the Caribbean coast of Mexico's Yucatán Peninsula.

How can I get from the airport to the resort when my flight lands?

When would I be traveling?

Answer

The happy couple will be staying at the Royalton Riviera Resort from July 17 - July 24, 2020. You are welcome to join us through the entire length of our stay, but for your budget, we suggest you play your trip at least between July 17-July 21, 2020.

When do I need to pay for the room?

Answer

The payment for the room is broken up into two parts, each with a due date. You will handle these details through the Classic Vacations website, found on our "Travel Information" page. 1) First deposit of $200 per person (not per room) is due by February 27, 2020 per our contract details. 2) Your full balance for your room booking is due April 22, 2020.

When should I book my flight?

Anytime after RSVPing! Keep an eye out for the best deals on Google Flights or Hopper.

Am still I expected to get a gift?

Answer

Absolutely not. Your company is gift enough to us and we expect nothing more from anyone.

I received my invitation, but it doesn’t say if I can bring a guest. Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Please reach out directly for questions regarding +1’s. Due to the nature of a destination wedding, guests not previously known to us prior to sending the invitations are not invited to the wedding, but we may make exceptions on a case by case basis. Please feel free to make your travel plans with your guest, but we may not be able to open that invitation to our ceremony and reception.
