What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

The wedding reception will be outside which means it might get a little cold. As there will be warmers and throw blankets around the venue, please bring a sweater. A country wedding also calls for cowboy boots! Get ready to dance the night away with us!

Should I bring cash for the bar?

Answer

We got you! But, feel free to tip our bartenders :)

I have food allergies, what can I eat at the reception?

Answer

As the bride also has food allergies, the dinner menu will have gluten free and dairy free options. Our caterer, Tacos Don Jorge, is very accommodating to food allergies. Eat up!

Do I need to go to the church ceremony?

Answer

The church ceremony will be an hour long. With that being said if you aren't religious, don't want to sit for a whole hour, or just want to party the night away with us at the reception (or all of the above) then please arrive to our Alpine reception location at 3:45. Grab a drink and enjoy the music! We will see you there after we are hitched!

Where is parking?

Answer

As the wedding is at the bride's grandmother's home, there won't be a typical parking lot for all the guests. There will be three options for parking. 1: If you are handicapped, please park on the property in front of the house or in front of the garage at the entrance for more space for a wheelchair. 2: First come first serve in the parking area on the property. After entering the gate, the field to the right will be the parking area for you! 3: If you don't want to chance getting stuck in the parking area on property, then feel free parking on the street in front of the house and walk down to the cocktail hour/reception following the signs.

Where is the reception?

Answer

The reception will begin at 5:00 at the bride's grandmother's home. 2361 West Victoria Drive, Alpine, CA Cocktail hour at 3:45-4:45 will be around the pool and following will be the reception right around the corner in the field. Guests will be seated when announced by the DJ.

I am coming from out of town, where should I stay?

Answer

Thanks for coming to our wedding! We know it isn't cheap. We have blocked rooms with Ayre's Lodge. Enjoy your stay and we appreciate you making the time to celebrate with us!

Can I donate to the newly weds fund instead of a typical registry gift?

Answer

Absolutely! Since we have been living together for quite awhile and don't need many homely gifts, we have another plan! We know this is not a traditional gift, however if you'd like to help us begin our lives together with a little more in our pockets, please click on the registry link in the options above where your contributions can be made.
