We understand that this is an unprecedented time, and we appreciate all of our family and friends support. We are planning to move forward with our wedding as scheduled, keeping in mind several COVID precautions. Our ceremony is outside, and we plan for it to be around 30-minutes. Our cocktail hour is also outside, which allows for proper social distancing measures to take place. The reception will be held inside; however, the room is a very large with a max capacity of over 400 people. All tables will be spaced appropriately, and we will be keeping table sizes small. We will be seating families and/or close colleagues/friends together. Masks will be required throughout the venue, and hand sanitizer will be readily available virtually everywhere you go. We’re happy to answer any other questions you may have, and we hope to see you soon!
We would like to receive all RSVP cards by Monday, December 28th. All invitations include an RSVP card with a return address envelop. Please be sure to initial each guests choice of entree, and let us know if there are any food allergies to be aware of - We will work with the chef to accommodate!
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? As much as we would love to see all the photos captured on your iPhone or Android, we've hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives... We’d hate to have a well-meaning person's phone/device blocking that moment for them to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want! And we promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. We suggest arriving around 4:00pm so you can comfortably park, find your seat, and settle in.
Formal Preferably long dresses for the ladies, and suits/tuxes for the gentlemen.
We love your children; however, we want you to enjoy a night off with us! Only children of immediate family will be in attendance. If you have concerns about your children, please let us know and we can look into options for you.
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception venues have ample parking... Both venues are also incredibly close to one another.
Our RSVP cards include the number of seats we have reserved in your honor. If your card includes the number one, we kindly ask that it just be you in attendance. Please let us know if you have any questions.
All of our registry items can be found on our Registry tab within our Zola site.
If you have a question we have not yet answered, please feel free to include it with your RSVP or reach out to us and ask. We've tried to anticipate your questions, but want your time with us to be as enjoyable as possible, so please let us know.
