Question

Questions about Travel?

Answer

Please visit the "Travel" page for information on travel, hotel and shuttle accommodations.

Question

What date should I reply by?

Answer

Official invitations will be mailed in April! Once you receive your official invitation, please reply by May 25th, 2024. You can scan the QR code included to reply!

Question

Are my children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

This wedding is a celebration of love and our family! If your child's name is listed on the invitation envelope, they are indeed invited! There will be a seating area in the lobby of the venue where parents can take children who need a break. We appreciate your cooperation in using this room so that background noise is kept to a minimum during the ceremony. We also understand needing a date night every now and again, so if you choose not to bring your children, please note this when replying to your invitation and enjoy yourselves!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The bride and groom kindly request that ALL guests (even children) wear all-black formal attire. Women/girls should wear: Floor-length gowns, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit. No sneakers. Men/boys should wear: Tuxedo (optional), all-black suit with dress shoes, or a dress shirt, dress pants with dress shoes. No sneakers. Please feel free to reach out to the Bride or Groom with any attire questions.

Question

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will promptly begin at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. All guests should be seated by this time.

Question

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of on-site parking available at the venue.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our entire event will take place indoors.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

If our invitation is extended for you and a guest, the invitation envelope will be addressed to you "and Guest". Additionally, the reply card mentions how many seats have been reserved in your honor.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos during the wedding?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. There will be a specified time available for guests to take photos during our CEREMONY. We appreciate all guests' cooperation in keeping phones and cameras away and on silent once this time is up. Photos and videos may be taken during the RECEPTION, however, we ask that guests do not post any photos or videos of the bride and groom on social media until they have had a chance to so themselves!

Question

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet with several types of cuisine to choose from.

Question

Will there be meal options for guests with allergies?

Answer

We will have a nut-free buffet. If you have dietary needs or other allergies, please note this when replying, or reach out to the bride or groom to discuss this.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The bride and groom have chosen a cash bar for hard liquor. All other drinks, (water, sodas, lemonades, etc.) are on us!

Question

Is there a link to your wedding registry?

Answer

The most important thing is to have you with us on our special day. No gifts are needed or expected, however we have been asked what we need or would like. If you do wish to give us something, a little cash to spend on our honeymoon would be very much appreciated. Please visit the "Honeymoon Fund" page to contribute to our honeymoon fund. Additionally, guests may bring a cash gift to the wedding. Thank you!
