Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Airport

This is the location where we will have our wedding ceremony, reception and room block. The Embassy Suites is located immediately down the street from Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP) Airport, Terminal #2. By car, it takes less than 5 minutes to get from Terminal #2 to the parking lot of the Embassy Suites Hotel. Terminal #1 is just a bit of a way down the highway, but no more than 10 minutes.

If the hotel is sold out on Friday night, October 21, 2022, (the night before the wedding), you will more than likely NOT be able to get an early check-in for Saturday, October 22, 2022 - the day of the wedding. ROOM NIGHTS: The room block dates include Thursday night through Sunday night with a departure on Monday morning. Embassy Suites Free Hotel Shuttle DROP OFF to MSP Airport

October 22, 2022 4:00 am - 11:00 pm

(Note: Even though the wedding date is 10.22.2022, the shuttle to the airport operates daily. Please bring cash for tips.) The Embassy Suites provides a free hotel shuttle to Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 for hotel guests on a daily basis from 4:00am - 11:00pm. It runs every 30 minutes and picks up, FROM THE FRONT OF THE HOTEL, at the top of the hour (example: 12:00pm) and on the half-hour (12:30pm).

Embassy Suites FREE Shuttle PICK UP from Terminal 1

(Note: Even though the date above is the wedding date, the shuttle operates daily. Please bring cash for tips.) Follow these specific instructions to get PICKED UP from Terminal 1 @ MSP Airport and DROPPED OFF to the Embassy Suites by Hilton Hotel: From the Terminal 1 Baggage Claim area, look for "Ground Transportation" and take the ESCALATOR DOWN. You will walk through a SHORT TUNNEL and then GO UP ONE LEVEL. Look for signs that say, TAXI / HOTEL SHUTTLE AREA. (DO NOT TAKE A TRAM ANYWHERE). If you see the Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Airport Shuttle, get on it. If you do not see it, call 952-854-1000, press "0," let them know you are waiting and ask for a pick-up.

Follow these instructions to get PICKED UP from Terminal 2 and DROPPED OFF to the Embassy Suites by Hilton Hotel: From the Terminal 2 Baggage Claim area, go outside through DOOR #7. Walk across the street. Go to the GROUND TRANSPORTATION parking lot and go to the HOTEL SHUTTLE PICK UP area. If you see the Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Airport Shuttle, then get on it. If not, please call 952-854-1000, Press "0," let them know you are waiting and ask for a pick-up.
