What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The Saturday, October 22, 2022, ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm in the Cedar 1 Meeting Room on the 1st Floor of the Embassy Suites. You should be seated by 4:45pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Embassy Suites by Hilton MInneapolis Airport offers free parking to all hotel guests and visitors.

Is there transportation to/ from the hotel for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The room block, ceremony and reception are in the same hotel, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Airport, 7901 34th Avenue South, Bloomington, MN, 952-854-1000. If you choose to lodge at a different hotel, there will be no additional transportation provided.

Is there a dress code?

Appropriate Attire: Dinner Jacket / After-Five / Little Black Dress / Cocktail / Dressy Pantsuit, etc.

What food & beverages will be offered at the Cocktail Hour?

Cocktail Hour Food will include: Bruschetta, Spanakopita, Coconut Shrimp, Egg Rolls & Chicken Satay, Cheese Tray, Vegetable Tray Hosted Bar: Non-alcoholic options as well as beer, wine and mixed drinks available. (Please bring cash for tips.)

What is the menu for the Wedding Reception Seated Dinner?

Wedding Buffet Options / Make Your Own Plate: Caesar Salad (GF), Spinach & Strawberry Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette, Baby Red Potato Salad, Fresh Sliced Fruit Tray, Wild Rice Pilaf, Green Beans Almandine (Almonds on side), Corn, Sliced Pork Loin with Apple Chutney, Fried Chicken, Grilled Atlantic Salmon with Teriyaki and Pineapple. Wine with Dinner along with a Champagne Toast. (Note: Woolley's Kitchen and Bar is in the hotel lobby. If the food options do not fit within your dietary restrictions, you can dine before the ceremony if you so choose.)
