Travel Note
The venue (The Corson Building) is located at 5609 Corson Ave S, Seattle, WA 98108. Do note that parking is very limited at this location. As such, we'd highly recommend ride-sharing to the venue. If you'd like, transit is always an option, but this location is not the most convenient to transit to as it would likely require at least one transfer to a bus.
Travel Note
The light rail is the most convenient form of public transit within the Seattle Greater Area, though do be aware it only runs in a straight line north-south. As such, there are many places that may require a bit of walking from a station, or additional transfers via buses. To pay for public transit, you can either buy a single-day ticket (light rail only), buy an ORCA card (transit card) at a light rail station or grocery store such as QFC or Safeway, or simply use tap-to-pay (credit/debit card or Apply Pay).
Travel Note
In terms of location for lodging, do note that Seattle itself is a relatively small city so its probably not a big deal where you stay. Here are some hotels that we saw that seemed good though:
Hotel
A nicer hotel located very close to Pike Place. Also fairly close to the light rail.
Hotel
Also close to Pike Place but a bit cheaper than Lotte. A little closer to the light rail and monorail.
Hotel
In South Lake Union which is a bit quieter than downtown.
Hotel
Easy access to downtown and Capitol Hill and the highway and light rail.
Hotel
In Capitol Hill, so a good place if you want walkable nightlife and shops and restaurants.
