Wedding Party

Close friends are truly life's treasures. Sometimes they know us better than we know ourselves. With gentle honesty, they are there to guide and support us, to share our laughter and our tears. Their presence reminds us that we are never really alone. -Vincent Van Gogh

Brooke Veluzat

Matron of Honor

Where do I even begin? Brooke & I became friends way back in elementary school where we bonded over our love for musical theatre. We would perform every chance we got and would create dances and web shows because we wanted to be like iCarly. We also loved to play Rockband and watch Twilight because duh, it's Twilight. To Brooke, this is finally happening. I remember how we used to talk about who we were going to marry and now we're doing the thing! Thank you for your countless years of dedication to me and our relationship. To say that I'm blessed to have you in my life is an understatement. I've been gifted by your friendship. You're my ride or die no matter what. I love you so freaking much.

Janine Harris

Bridesmaid

I could go on and on about this one. Janine has been there through my highest of highs and lowest of lows. She is the embodiment of peace and is the epitome of love. It is the truest joy to have her as my sister and one of my best friends. She is the type you will spend the day with and feel enriched afterwards rather than exhausted. She has always been exactly what I've needed in a sister and no matter where we are in life, she will always be part of my tribe. To Janine, you make me a better person. I don’t know what I would do without you and I’m thankful for our many years of sisterhood. I am elated to have you be by my side. I wish we could be sipping a coffee on the rocks at the beach at sunset right now.

Christine Harris

Bridesmaid

Oh sweet Christine. What an inspiring individual. She is an incredible mother, wife, daughter and friend and I have the pleasure of having her as my sister-in-law. You will always have something to talk about with her as she is dedicated to the people around her in making them feel loved and involved. She has the most caring heart and is devoted to her family. And now she lives in Isreal with my brother and their 3 daughters and so having her be apart of this day as my bridesmaid is a huge honor to me. To Christine, I love you sis. You are always a pleasure to be around. You light up every room you walk into and you exemplify love and encouragement. Thank you for being your amazing self. Can’t wait to have you by my side.

Rachel Hamilton

Bridesmaid

Rachel has taught me how to be present and how to stay present. Never have I met someone with such joie de vivre and willingness to share said joie de vivre amongst every single person that she connects with. I would not be who I am without her influence in my life. She is a happy-go-lucky ball of sunshine amidst a world of rain clouds. She has been a huge support system for me over the years and will always be the type that I can go to for whatever, whenever. To Rachel, your friendship makes me feel alive. You are dedicated to savoring the moment and illuminating love and light. We could be doing anything and having the time of our lives. And who knows, it might end up with one of us throwing up in the back of an RV. Which is still my favorite memory with you.

Cassidy Rochow

Bridesmaid

She's the type of girl that makes you feel alive. The type you can indulge in a lengthy conversation with about what sets your soul on fire whilst never getting bored. The type to gallivant through foreign countries with you with an itch of curiosity, no agenda, and a hot coffee in her hand. She reminds me to stop and smell the roses. And to climb trees. And to jump into the ocean fully clothed at midnight. To Cassidy, look how far we have come in the time we have been so graciously given. Our friendship began in diapers and Lord-willing if we live that long, it will finish the same way. Thank you for the years of shenanigans and to many more years of tomfoolery. Let me know if you get bored and want to buy plane tickets and travel the world anytime soon.

Kayla Burson

Bridesmaid

What a beautiful human being both inside and out. To have a friend as thoughtful and encouraging as Kayla means that you have been given a priceless gift. The world is a better place because her existence. Whether it’s talking for hours on the beach, singing at the top of your lungs in harmony, going line dancing until 2:00am, or moving your life to a new city, your time is well spent when you’re with her. To Kayla, you have been exactly what I’ve needed over the years. I’ve always seen you as an older sister that I look up to. I admire your honesty and tough love. I admire how hard you work and how hard you fight for that which you love. Thank you for the many conversations and the many laughs we’ve shared. I will always appreciate you and love you so much.

Kaitlyn Francel

Bridesmaid

Kaitlyn is a sweetheart. A kind, lovable firecracker. We both worked at Jersey Mike’s but we never got to work together which really bummed me out. But we did share a lot of memories on the stage where our friendship blossomed into jacuzzi nights, staying up all night to play video games, and a lot of singing and playing guitar. She is thoughtful and sympathetic and has supported me for so many years. It is and always will be a pleasure to have her be part of my circle. To Kaitlyn, you are a delight. You remind me to do what makes me happy. And to strive for greatness. You are strong and powerful and goofy and hilarious and you always have a good attitude. I am thrilled to see how far you will go in life and I am so thankful for you.

Skylar Cutchall

Bridesmaid

Skylar was one of my first friends at ESCAPE Theatre. She is the type of friend I could not see for a year and still connect on a deep level with when reunited. She is spunky and insanely talented and I just love her so much. I love making singing videos with her and talking for hours about whatever. She has always been good to be and made me feel validated. I miss all of our shenanigans backstage and will hold on to those memories forever. To Skylar, no matter how long we go without seeing each other, we always connect like we did when we were younger. I cherish our friendship and will always have your best interest. Thank you for everything and I cannot wait to have you standing by me.

Kenneth San Jose

Best Man

Good looking, talented, and more recently bilingual, Ken is my one and only brother. Even though I'm 7 years older, I learn so much from him constantly. Honestly, the age gap becomes less and less apparent every year. We've been through so much together and he's had my back more times than I can count. Sometimes, for valid reasons, siblings fall out of touch and aren't that close, but that couldn't be further from the truth for us; at least that's what I feel. Even an ocean apart, we're still finding ways to support each other through all of life's ups and downs. I could not be prouder of the man you are today. Love you, Ken. Thanks for always having my back. Even though you've got some clout now, you'll always be my little brother.

Peter Jacob

Best Man

I really can't believe I'm friends with Manny Pacquiao! In all seriousness, if anyone needed an example of someone who feels like a blood brother even though you're not related, this would be the guy. We met each other freshman year of college and our friendship has continued somewhat miraculously over the last 8 years and over many different countries. Hands down, it's like we never left college and are still dreaming of all the things we're going to do someday. This man inspires me, pushes me, and to the best of his ability doesn't "let me hurt". He is also one of those dudes who will go on an adventure with you at an ungodly hour. But my life is more exciting because of it. Thanks for everything my guy. My kids are going to love their Uncle Peter.

Dakota Dickerson

Groomsman

The other half to our notorious "Dynamic Duo", Dakota was my roommate for 3 years in college. Like many of my friends, I met Dakota on a basketball court. Somehow I convinced him to change majors and become an actor (we'll see if he hates me in the future). Another blood brother, this guy was with me through such a pivotal point in my young life. College is a crazy time, and the people you hang out with have a huge impact on who you become. I could not have asked for a better influence. Even after college, he's supported me through so many make or break moments, and I can honestly say that it would have been so much harder to survive without him. I can't thank you enough Dakota (aka Dicekota, aka DMD619). You were an easy Top 8 pick in my Bridal Party Draft.

Chris Buchanan

Groomsman

Chris "Bucky" Buchanan has been a friend of mine since before freshman year of college. He is one of those guys that has always thought deeply about life. We're on the same level in that way. When we were scouting out Bre's proposal spot, the 5+ hour drive took no time at all because we spent most of it talking. Through all of the years, this man has been present for so many of my life changing moments; my Mamba Year Birthday, my proposal to Bre, my college graduation (HA). Really though, to me this is a really big deal. To another adventurous spirit, Secret Hitler ally, and Catan settlement builder: I'm not going to use "the NG words", but I'm rooting for you to beat the odds, prove stereotypes wrong, and finish first in everything you do, cause you're that kind of guy. Thankful for you.

Vicente Escamilla

Groomsman

In the past I've been called reliable. If anything, this guy right here makes me look like the opposite. I first met Vince in the 6th grade. He is the longest lasting friend I've had to date. That's some serious stuff considering we had different interests in high school, went to different colleges, and even have no mutual jobs or anything tying us together post college other than our friendship. Still, similar to some other friends on this list, my survival here in the US might not be possible without this guy. It's been really inspiring this past year to see his personal growth in his life, and it's helped encourage me to not settle, be my own boss if possible, and hustle all the time. I'm really grateful for you bro. Cheers to many years ahead!

Pranav Sadhwani

Groomsman

A newer addition to my circle, Pranav is just one of those guys I feel like everyone develops a liking to. In only 1 month, I feel like I poured more of my soul out to him than I have to many in years. A genuine spirit and cool personality, I've been accused of having a man crush on this guy. In my defense, he's just that cool. In the past years with my family's transition to moving to the Philippines, he's also been present and reliable and for that, I'm super thankful. This guy's story is incredible, and I know that he's the way he is because of his experiences. I learn so much from him and look up to him in many ways. I'm so glad we were brought together when we were. Even though we're also an ocean apart, I can't wait to see how our friendship builds. Thankful for you, bro.

Brandon Harris

Groomsman

Brandon is one of my very soon to be Brother In Law's. Full of wisdom, knowledge, and good advice, he's helped me out in so many ways. It's crazy when you can sit down for coffee with someone or go on a hike and have good conversations for hours on end feeling like the discussion was unfairly cut short. Though our friendship has grown only more recently, I feel like we've been friends for a really long time. I'm always challenged to see the world from different perspectives and I feel like I become a better person when we hang out. Forever one of the people responsible for my fascination with cool rings, I thank you for investing so much time in my life when I know you really don't have to. I'm grateful that we'll be part of the same family.

Zachary Harris

Groomsman

Zack is another one of my soon to be Brother In Laws. It's funny because out of most of the people in my party, I've technically known him longer, but not really at the same time. I met Zack in high school. We had a few mutual friends, but never really got the chance to meet and hang out. Now that we have, I could not be more excited that we're going to be family. Also full of wisdom, I always feel like I'm a few years behind him mentally. We're about the same age and he's already taken on so much responsibility which always blows my mind. It's even crazier that now he's adding living in a different country with his family onto the list of experiences. Godspeed man! Also, if I wake up speaking one day and am fluent in Hebrew... well... that's all you.
