Melissa noticed Josh in the gym in October of 2022 and even called her sister to talk about this handsome man that she was too afraid to talk to. Fast forward to January of 2023, after many instances of missed glances and near misses, Melissa decided she was going to make the first move. After finding the gym's Instagram page, she was quickly able to find Josh's personal Instagram page through a tagged photo. She immediately sent a friend request, and the rest is history. After getting to know each other slowly through small conversations in between workouts, Josh asked Melissa on their first date to The Yard and Hanks in Mckinney, Texas. Josh showed up to the date with a bouquet of flowers and it was at this moment, Melissa knew he was the one. Melissa and Josh dated for 10 months before Josh proposed under a waterfall at Krause Springs in Dripping Springs, Texas. They both entered the relationship with kids of their own and together make a fantastically blended family with four amazing children who are flourishing and enjoying their bonus siblings.
