When should I RSVP?

Answer

Formal paper invitations should arrive with instructions on how to RSVP in March 2021. Please RSVP to each of your event-invites specific to each guest on this website by April 15th, 2021, at the latest. Please also make sure to book your hotel rooms (if you are using the ones we have provided) by April 30th, 2021 so we will know to request more rooms if need be.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from hotels that are further away from each event (the wedding ceremonies, post-ceremonial events, and receptions) at no cost to you. If you are not staying at the hotels provided, you will have to arrange transportation either to the hotels for subsequent bus transportation or will have to provide your own transportations to the events.

What time should I arrive to the ceremonies?

Answer

Catholic ceremony (family only), please arrive 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. Hindu ceremony: at least 15 minutes prior to the start. Indian Reception: at least 30 minutes prior to the start. Family and close friends have to escort the groom (who will be on a horse!) to the bride for the reception! Please pay attention to transportation schedule (to be posted on the website) of the charter buses so you don’t miss your ride to the venue(s)!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking provided for all events. Catholic Ceremony (family only): parking is in the lot across the street from the church. Post-Catholic Ceremony Reception (Family only): Parking is available at Avon Acres. Dinner/Mehendi/Sangeet: Parking at Avon Acres. Hindu Ceremony and Reception: next to the Cadre Building ($12 fee)
