Oaxaca Airport (OAX)

Dear Guests, For those traveling to our wedding, here’s some important information about flying into Oaxaca: When flying from the U.S., there are only two major airlines that operate flights to Oaxaca—American Airlines and United Airlines. United has a layover in Houston, while American has a layover in Dallas. I personally recommend United, as the immigration process when returning to the U.S. is smoother. Upon arriving in Oaxaca, you will go through immigration at the Oaxaca airport (OAX). The airport is small, so you will exit the airplane by walking down stairs onto the tarmac. Immigration consists of presenting your passport and later filling out a paper form upon entry. Hotels in the area do not offer airport transportation, but taxis are available at the airport. Additionally, I will have a van service available for a small fee to transport guests to their hotels. If you're interested, please let me know in advance so I can add you to the list. Queridos invitados, Para aquellos que viajarán a nuestra boda, aquí hay información importante sobre volar a Oaxaca: Si viajan desde Estados Unidos, solo hay dos aerolíneas principales que operan vuelos a Oaxaca: American Airlines y United Airlines.
