Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for recommendations. While October is the end of tourist season in Maine, it is still a popular time of year for weddings and leaf peepers. We highly recommend booking accommodations at least several months in advance.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We did not block out rooms, so feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable. The charm of the Boothbay Harbor area is finding hidden gems to stay!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We respectfully request no children at the reception aside from our niece/flower girl, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

We will have a cash bar available at the venue for guests to purchase their preferred drinks.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Please feel what you are most comfortable in! Be mindful the weather in October in coastal Maine varies significantly. Our venue is heated, but we highly recommend having a warm layer!

Your presence on our special day means the world to us, and gifts are entirely optional. That said, if you'd like to celebrate this next chapter with us, we've created a registry for your convenience—simply visit the Registry page on our website for all the details!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available for up to 80 cars at the venue! We are also offering a shuttle service from downtown Boothbay Harbor to the venue before and after festivities. Please see the travel tab of our website for more information!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! You are welcome to take as many photos as you like during our reception! We encourage you to share our special day from your point of view using our QR code to upload to our group wedding album!
