Sebastian and Gwyneth refer to their early relationship as the first round and their current relationship as second round. During the first round, they met at San Diego Christian College and were smitten with each other after serving together at the Door of Faith Orphanage. They dated for a year and sadly broke up. The in-between year was beneficial for their growth as individuals and relationship with the Lord. Second round occurred around mid 2020 when Sebastian started pursuing Gwyneth again, but this time long distance as Sebastian finished college and returned to his hometown, Torrance. What started as a long distance friendship blossomed into the relationship they have today. Although there was much rebuilding and relearning, there was also much redemption by the grace of God, and loving friends and family. Our story is not the conventional happily ever after but to us, the rupture and the repair has made our story more beautiful, deepen our affections for each other and is a testament to God's goodness. We are excited to finally be Mr. & Mrs. Yasuda!
