Yes, but the cost of the lodging is a flat rate of $460 per person, regardless of how long you plan to stay. The condos all require a 4-night minimum, so we can't adjust the dates on a case-by-case basis. Jackson Hole is our favorite place in the world, and our hope is that many of you will be able to come a bit early to take full advantage of this lodging option and this magical place! We encourage you to choose this option, especially if you plan to stay in Jackson for at least 2 nights. Local hotel rates tend to be very high this time of year, so the condo rate is likely to be a lower cost than the majority of lodging options in town, even for a 1 night stay. If you do choose to stay elsewhere, keep in mind that you will have to coordinate your own transportation to and from wedding events!
Renting a car is not necessary for wedding events. There are taxis / ubers / lyfts in the area that can help with transportation to / from the airport, and we will be providing transportation for all the events at the ranch on Friday and Saturday. With that said, transportation will not be provided for other activities (e.g. Thursday hike, or Sunday brunch), and it can be difficult to access other outdoor activities (e.g. the national park) without your own vehicle, so we do encourage renting a car if you can!
On Friday night, please wear WHITE! Western clothing (cowboy hats / boots / bolo ties) is encouraged, but not required. There's no formal code beyond the color; feel free to wear pants, a skirt, a suit, or a dress of any fabric. Khaki / beige / neutral colors work too, but we prefer white if possible! We will be walking on grass and uneven ground, so be mindful of footwear. On Saturday night the dress code is black tie. The event will also be on grass and uneven ground, so we recommend block heels or flats. Dancing shoes will be provided at the reception! There is no formal dress code for other events on the wedding weekend, but we encourage everyone to lean in to the Jackson Hole spirit!
The best way to get to Jackson is to fly into the Jackson Hole airport (code JAC). Our venue + the lodging we have arranged for guests is a ~10 minute drive from the airport. Other nearby airports are Idaho Falls (IDA) and Salt Lake City (SLC). From IDA, it's a ~2 hour drive to Jackson Hole. From SLC, it's a ~4.5 hour drive to Jackson Hole. Low cost shuttles are available from both cities, but can take a long time.
While we love and appreciate the presence of children, to allow all guests to fully enjoy the evening, we kindly request that this be an adults-only celebration.
