The recommended hotel is approximately a 1 minute drive (or 5 min walk) to the wedding venue. The hotel and wedding venue share the same parking lot.
Finger foods will be served during cocktail hour. The reception dinner will be buffet-style. All dishes will be provided by an African caterer.

Yes. The hotel will provide guests with shuttle service to & from the wedding venue. The shuttle will begin operating an hour before the wedding ceremony begins and stop an hour before the wedding night ends.
Yes. An elevator is available if needed.
Yes. However, you are also free to self-park.
The ceremony will be held outdoors (if weather permits). The Cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.
