How is the venue applying state guidelines?

Answer

Due to state guidelines to keep everyone safe, our venue is requiring proof of full vaccination OR a negative test result at the Venue Entrance Please keep in mind this will be required in order to attend our big day. Please note: masks will be required upon entry. Once seated for ceremony you may opt for your own comfort. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to us. As we get more information we will keep you all updated. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our event is Black Tie ( Formal) We ask that men wear a Tuxedo/ Formal Suit and tie, Ladies wear a formal dress. Ladies: please wear comfortable shoes as we would like everyone to participate on the dance floor! If you are like the bride and prefer a stiletto, bring back ups!

What should I not wear?

Answer

Ladies: Please refrain from wearing beige, cream, ivory, or white. Gentlemen: no short sleeves, no khakis, no polos, No denim, no sandals, no sneakers during ceremony or cocktail hour (you will be included in photography)

Can I take pictures of the ceremony and can I post on social media?

Answer

We kindly ask that you please refrain from taking/posting videos and pictures of the ceremony as we wish to keep it personal and intimate for us and everyone attending. Our photographers and videographers will capture the moments and we promise to share with you all! However, once we say “I DO” feel free to post during the cocktail hour and reception! Don’t forget to tag us!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limitations, our wedding is strictly RSVP ONLY. We ask that you please check your invite for an assigned “guest”. If you are still unsure please feel free to reach out to us directly!

Can I attended the wedding if I did not RSVP?

Answer

We will be sending out reminders and reaching out before a set RSVP due date. If no response to the RSVP... Unfortunately, due to logistics and final venue guest count you and your guests will not be able to attend.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed on our special day, but do not feel guilty. Please let us know ASAP that you will not be able to attend by selecting “NO” to the RSVP. If you have already said “YES” to your RSVP we ask that you please let us now ASAP that you will not be able to attend so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our Welcome ceremony time will begin at 5:30 pm . We recommend that you arrive no later than 15 minutes early to ensure we start on time for the ceremony.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be indoors. Cocktail hour will be outdoors and Reception will be indoors.

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! Our Venue has plenty of free parking. (We do highly suggest to UBER)

Is there a drink limit/open bar?

Answer

We want all of you to enjoy some refreshing and delicious cocktails on us! We ask that you please keep it classy. Please bring cash if you wish to tip your bartenders.

Can I bring a monetary gift instead of a registered gift?

Answer

Absolutely, if you wish to contribute to our honeymoon fund we will have an assigned area for gift envelopes.
