3:15PM - 3:30PM: Shuttle pickup at the Comfort Inn & Suites: 400 Russell St, Hadley, MA 01035 3:45PM - 4:00PM: Shuttle pickup at the Homewood Suites by Hilton: 340 Russell St, Hadley, MA 01035 Shuttle will pickup guests right at the end of the wedding reception (11:00PM) and take them back to both hotels.

There is no minimum stay length at this hotel, but we do not have a reserved block, so we recommend booking as far in advance as possible if you plan on staying only one night and want convenient access to the shuttle service.

UPDATE 2/15/24 - This room block is now full. This hotel still has limited availability, but they will not add more rooms to the block. If you sign up for Hilton honors or have an existing account, you should be able to get a cheaper rate than what’s posted normally. The link or discount code below will allow you to book a room in our reserved block at the Homewood suites. There is a two-night minimum stay at this hotel. Please also check the rate without the block price, as it may be cheaper than the price with our code. The block price is locked in, but the normal rate seems to fluctuate above and below. There are no planned events at this location that would require you to have booked under our block. If you would prefer to call instead, give them group code 902 on the phone to be added to our block. The last day to make reservations under this block is May 31, 2024.
