Question

When and Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue, Highgrove Estate in Fuquay-Varina, NC (just outside of Raleigh, NC). There will be greeters to direct you to the ceremony from the parking lot. Please note, weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors, however, the reception will be held indoors.

What will happen right after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking photos. The event coordinator will direct you to cocktail hour.

Will there be food and drinks?

What if I don't drink responsibly and am not able to drive?

Answer

You're in luck! Our venue allows overnight parking for our guests, just be sure to pick up your vehicle before 11 am on Monday, September 4th.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal. Ladies should wear formal dresses or floor-length gowns, and gentlemen should wear suits with ties.

What are your wedding colors?

Answer

Think classic, old Hollywood wedding! Our colors are black and white. However, please refrain from wearing white.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We have a limited number of rooms available at our host hotel. See our "Travel & Accommodations" tab for details. Please note, you must reserve your room by August 2, 2023.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list, if your invitation says "and Guest," then yes. If not, please refrain from inviting anyone not listed on your invitation.

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only (21+) event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
