Travel Note
For those flying in, the easiest option is to fly directly into Tulsa International Airport (TUL), which is about 30 minutes from our venue (Vinterra). Staying in Tulsa or nearby suburbs (Bixby, Jenks, or Broken Arrow) will give you the closest access to the wedding events. Another option is Will Rogers World Airport (OKC) in Oklahoma City. If you’d like to pair the trip with some time in Edmond/OKC, that’s a great choice too! Just note that it’s about a 1.5-hour drive from the venue. Marriott Tulsa Hotel Southern Hills is a beautiful, modern hotel just a short drive from our venue. We have secured a room block here for June 3–7, 2026 at a rate of $189/night. Rooms are first come, first serve, but the hotel may be able to open additional rooms based on availability if the block fills up, so booking early is encouraged.
