The Ceremony

Answer

The Ceremony will begin promptly AT 4:00pm. Please be seated by 3:50pm/3:55pm. Please Please respect our wishes and turn your electronic devices on SILENT or OFF during the ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present with us during this time. We have a professional photographer to capture the moments. Please feel free to take photos/videos beforehand and during cocktail hour/dinner. Thank you for your understanding in advance! IMPORTANT: We ask that when the bride appears that our guests REMAIN SEATED. This way everyone will be able to see the bride and the bride will be able to see everyone! PLEASE stand, hoot and holler at the conclusion of the ceremony!

Is There Parking?

Answer

Spillian's parking lot is very small, accommodating up to 25 cars. There will be a shuttle service available on the day of the wedding to bring guests to and from their lodgings. Lyft/Uber services are not available in Fleischmanns! If you are not staying the weekend we recommend carpooling, and if you are staying we HIGHLY recommend you take advantage of the shuttle service.

How Should I Dress?

Answer

Short answer: Tuxes, Suits, Formal Dresses/Jumpsuits. Long answer: This is a whimsical yuletide celebration. For colors, think burgundy, dark green, black, and dark orange. Keep in mind that the weather in NY around this time can be funky! It might be chilly, it might be warm! Dress appropriately for the weather/the elements (faux furs are strongly encouraged). If you need help with visualizing your outfit, just reach out to one of us!

Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, the reception will be indoors. In the event that the temperature outside is too cold, both will be inside. For extra coziness, a bonfire will be lit during the reception for good vibes and s'mores!

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

If it is only your name listed on the envelope, the invitation is addressed to you and only you. Thank you for your understanding in advance!

Dietary Restrictions?

Answer

Our menu will be entirely gluten free along with a vegan/vegetarian option. Please let us know of other restrictions you may have with your response and we will make sure the venue accommodates!
