Our wedding is formal attire. Ladies should wear dresses (long or short is fine) and men should wear a suit and tie, or a tux if you're feeling fancy!
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no” on this wedding website, so we can plan accordingly.
Aside from immediate family and children in the wedding party, we politely request no children. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!
Please RSVP by October 31st through the link on this website.
We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 P.M. and traffic on Clearwater Beach can get very busy on the weekends!
Sandpearl Resort provides valet parking only at a nightly fee of $15 plus tax per vehicle. There is also a public parking garage, the North Beach Parking Plaza, one block east of the hotel at 490 Poinsettia Ave. Parking in this garage is $3/hour with a maximum of $30 per day.
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. December in Florida is *usually* beautiful, think 60s and 70s, low humidity and sunshine. Rarely it can be abnormally warm or abnormally cold. Please keep up to date with the weather the week of the wedding.
The Sandpearl Resort offers a discount code. Please select "Promotional Code" and enter SOCIAL2022. Florida and Georgia residents are eligible for a "Good Neighbor" discount, which may or may not be different than the SOCIAL2022 code. To check, please select "Promotional Code", then "Rate Code", and enter NEIGHBOR. The percentage discount fluctuates based on demand. We have reserved a block of rooms at The Fairfield Inn & Suites Clearwater for $199/night - please use the code "WKWO." There are also many AirBNBs and VRBO rentals to choose from on Clearwater Beach.
Yes! Please text Sarah or Wyatt by October 31st to let us know of any dietary restrictions.
Our ceremony will be "unplugged"; We want everyone to be fully present with us and request all phones/devices be turned off for the ceremony to allow our wonderful photographers to work uninterrupted. We promise to share the photos!
