Where is the wedding?

When is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will take place on Tuesday, June 2nd 2026. Time is still TBD- stay tuned for more info!

When should I plan to arrive/leave the island?

Answer

We are planning events for the day prior and day after the wedding. We encourage guests to to get to Crete on Sunday or Monday and stay through Wednesday or long as you would like.

What do I need to know about traveling to Greece?

Answer

Crete is the largest island of Greece and is relatively easy to get to. From what we hear, Crete is fairly easy to navigate as English is spoken in many of the tourist areas and the locals are very friendly! A few things to consider: First, make sure your passport is not expired! Pack a European outlet adapter. Consider having some euros on hand for instances where credit cards may not be accepted.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

We will send out formal invitations and request RSVPs soon. In the meantime, if you know you cannot attend please reach out directly to Rachel or Wyatt.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors? What will the weather be like?

Answer

The wedding will be held outdoors. (Everyone please pray it doesn’t rain). The weather in Chania in June is typically warm and sunny with daytime temps in the high 70s and evenings in the high 60s to low 70s.

What should I wear?

Wedding attire will be formal. For men, suits or sports coat (tie optional) and for women, midi or floor length dresses.

While we love your kiddos, our wedding will be an adults only celebration. Thank you for making arrangements.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

Due to the intimate nature of the wedding, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!
