Leah and I met when we were suite-mates our freshman year of college. When she came into my life, we formed an instant connection and I felt as if we had known each other forever. We moved into a cute, little apartment together our sophomore year of college and I loved every minute of being her roommate. My favorite college memories always include her. If you know Leah, you know she truly is the life of the party. Growing up, I always hoped I would meet a friend like her. She has always been there for me with the best advice I could ever ask for. I am so lucky to have found my lifelong best friend in college. She's my favorite ice cream date, bar star, and adventure buddy. I am so excited to make more memories with her in the next chapter of our lives.
Zane Gorby
Best Man
Zane and I met in the Marine Corps. Before we even met, I was always getting mistaken for this 'Gorby guy'. Turns out, we have practically always been twins. I was two classes behind him in my MOS school house, so I never got to meet him until I arrived at 1st LAR in Camp Pendleton. We became roommates and quickly developed a lifelong brotherhood. Along with our looks, we have so much in common. The last time I got to see Zane was last March when he flew out to Kearney to surprise me for my birthday. I am so excited to see him in July and make more memories with him. I had the privilege of being Zane's best man in his wedding, and I couldn't imagine my wedding without him. Also, Brittney and I are so excited for the Gorby's to welcome their first child into the world this year!
Kaitlyn Nein

Kaitlyn has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. We did dance together, shared birthday parties, went to countless volleyball and basketball camps together, and played sports together. We were those inseparable best friends all of high school. We pick up right where we left off every time we are around each other. Kaitlyn is someone I can talk to for hours and she is definitely someone I can belly laugh with. For example, I have never witnessed someone catch toads like this girl can. Also, if you want to have an eventful concert experience, take Kaitlyn along. She brings the life to any party. Kaitlyn is truly one of a kind and I am so lucky to have her in my life. She has been there for every milestone in my life, and I know she will continue to be that constant friend.
Omar Silva

Omar and I met in the Marine Corps back in 2018. Once I got promoted to Corporal, I had to switch rooms. This is when Omar and I became roommates. We have been best friends ever since. We would always ride our motorcycles along the coast of Southern California together. We spent many hours in the gym together, along with many nights of sending each other memes back and forth while laughing hysterically together. Omar made the trip to Nebraska with me in 2019 so I could show him where I grew up. We did a lot of coyote, goose, duck, and pheasant hunting while he was in Nebraska. Omar has always had my back from the very beginning, and I know we will remain best friends 'till the end.
Caroline Reed

Caroline and I met in college at UNK and immediately hit it off. We are both education majors, so that is probably why I love her 'teacher heart' so much. We shared the same friends and eventually formed the ultimate girl gang. Caroline gained the 'mom role' of the group because she is always taking care of everyone wherever we go. She is such an entertaining person to be around and you're guaranteed to have a good time with her. Also, she's the best bartender out there!! I am so thankful to have such a kindhearted soul standing by my side on our special day!
Wes Christensen

Wes and I grew up together. Even though he was two years older than me in school, we shared a lot of common interests and really enjoyed hanging out together. He served in the Marines as well, so we share that special bond. Also, we both share a passion for guns and hunting. I really enjoyed being in boy scouts together growing up. When we weren't out hunting, you could find us in his room playing Call of Duty, drinking Kool-Aid, and eating homemade deer jerky.
Bailey Campbell

Bailey and I met our first year of college and have loved spending time together ever since. We have years full of crazy memories together, and I'm so excited to make our last year the best one yet. She is so fun to be around, and has always been a genuine friend. It has been so enjoyable getting to watch one another grow throughout college, and she has been so supportive every step of the way. Bailey is the personal nurse of the group, and I know she is going to be so successful in her nursing career. She is kind, confident, genuine, balanced, and understanding. I am so proud to call Bailey one of my best friends.
Brady Newkirk

Brady is the younger brother that I've always wanted. He has such a laid back personality, but always has a hilarious joke up his sleeve. We are always laughing when we're together. We have really enjoyed having Brady in Kearney with us this past year because we get to hang out a lot more. We have a lot of fun playing basketball together, even though he always drills 3's in my face. When I started dating Brittney, I never imagined that I would also end up with an amazing brother-in-law like Brady. Life gave me such a good package deal!
McKenna Headley

McKenna is my ONLY girl cousin, so it is always us against the boys at family gatherings. Mckenna is a little bit of my childhood that can never be lost, and one of the first friends I've ever had. We are related by chance, but are definitely friends by choice. Mckenna has such a good sense of humor, and can always make me laugh. I love catching up with her at family gatherings, and I'm excited to make more memories with her. She has been so supportive of me through every chapter of my life, and I am very thankful to have such a genuine friend.
Jason Amateis

Jason and I both grew up in Bridgeport and did football, basketball, and track together. I always looked up to Jason in the sports we played together because he kept such a calm composure. I remember having such a good time with Jason when we went hunting for geese down on the river, that we almost missed basketball practice! Although we aren't able to get together very often anymore, we always pick up right where we left off. I was a groomsman in Claire and Jason's wedding this last year, and I am very excited to have him standing up there with me for our wedding!
Kalli Smith

Kalli and I have known each other since preschool. Growing up, we used to have sleepovers almost every weekend. We would eat huge jars of pickles, watch movies, make dance videos, and get in plenty of trouble together. I remember being so upset when she moved to a different school, but our friendship continued to grow stronger as we got older. Every-time we get together, we pick up right where we left off. Kalli never fails to check in to see how I am doing. I love watching my childhood best friend become the best version of herself. I am so lucky to have a friend like Kalli, who has been by my side through every stage of life.
Will Frerichs

Will and I have so many funny stories growing up together. Will has been the big blocker in front of me clearing the path ever since youth football. In junior high Will transferred from Bayard to Bridgeport, and we became inseparable. I spent countless nights at Will's house. We thought we were so funny when we would put the coyote call in his sister's room in the middle of the night. We would turn the coyote call on, and I can remember Will getting in so much trouble while I sat in the corner laughing.
Alexis Henry

Alexis and I met in college as well. Alexis was exactly the friend I needed when I got to college and the first person I went to my Kearney church with. Fellowship with others is one of the greatest blessings in life, and having a friend like Alexis has really been a part of God's plan for my life. Alexis is that special friend who has made my life so much better just by being in it. I have a lot of great memories with Alexis laying out by the pool, getting Mexican food together, and spending time at the dog park. Also, Alexis is the best personal photographer I could ever ask for. She even took some of our engagement pictures! Alexis has made me believe that there really is good in the world, and I'm so lucky to have her be a part of my special day.
Logan Linch

Logan and I graduated together in 2016 and have been best friends ever since we were in preschool. We share so many great football memories, from youth football to our last high school football game together. Logan and I enjoy riding dirt bikes and shooting trap together. One of my favorite memories with Logan occurred the week before I went to bootcamp. He took me out to go prairie dog hunting and we spent the whole day talking, laughing, and making fun of one another for missing easy shots. I really enjoy catching up with him whenever we get the chance to grab a drink while we are both home.

Emily is one of Wyatt's sisters. She has welcomed me with open arms into their family and I am so thankful for her. We both find great joy in picking on Wyatt together. I remember riding in the backseat of the pickup while Emily and Wyatt were hunting for prairie dogs one day, and I was cracking up listening to them joke with one another. In that moment, I knew how lucky I was to be a part of such a wonderful family. Emily and Braden are the parents of Brinley and Weston, and I love getting to be a part of their lives. Emily has such a kind heart, and I am so grateful to be gaining such a wonderful sister-in-law.

Braden is married to my sister, Emily. He has been my brother-in-law for about 6 years now. I still remember the first time I met Braden. One day when I was home alone, I heard a knock on our door. I opened it and saw Braden standing there. I said, "hello, who are you?" Once he told me he was dating my sister, I let him inside and we sat in silence for about 45 minutes until my sister got home. He is a little easier to wrestle with than Danny, since he is almost half my size!

Bethany is Wyatt's oldest sister. I have heard so many funny stories about their childhood and how much Wyatt got picked on. However, Wyatt never fails to mention how much he missed Bethany when she went off to college and how much he looked up to her. I can definitely see why, because she is one of the kindest people I have ever met. Bethany and Danny are the parents of Barrett, Teagan, and Ryker. I love getting to see her and her family when we get together for family gatherings. I am excited to make more memories with her throughout the years to come. I am lucky to be gaining not one, but two wonderful sister-in-laws.

Danny is my oldest sister's husband and has been my brother-in-law for 10 years now. When I was 12 years old, Bethany brought Danny back home from college to meet all of us. I thought I needed to see how tough he was, so I challenged him to a wrestling match. I remember being so tired and out of breath, but I knew I liked him. I always enjoy getting to hang out with him when our family gets together.
Zoe Rogers

Zoe and I met through Wyatt and her husband, Brady. We instantly clicked, and have been inseparable ever since. Wyatt and I moved into a duplex with Zoe and Brady, and we all had so much fun hanging out together. Our dogs even became best friends! Zoe has such a kind and genuine heart. From the very beginning, she has always been someone who I can confide in. She is my Go-To-Girl for a Starbucks date and a shopping spree. I am excited to make more memories with her, and I'm so thankful to have found a forever friend in Zoe. Wyatt and I were very blessed to be a part of Zoe and Brady's beautiful wedding in September. I am so excited to have Zoe by my side on our special day.

I met Brady when I moved to Kearney and started working at Cabela's. He was the gun vault specialist at the time, so I always had to go to him to do the final check before I was able to officially sell the firearm. We started talking more and more at work, and discovered that we had a lot of things in common. Brittney and I started hanging out with Brady and his wife Zoe, and we all got along so well. I know there will be more hunting trips in our future! We decided to move into a duplex together, and we really enjoyed living with one another! Zoe and Brady moved to Grand Island, and now we look forward to our doggy playdates and trips to Texas Roadhouse!
Lucas Murphy

I met Murphy during my second year in the Marines. We were in H&S Company together. When the Charlie Company came back from their deployment, Murphy and I were sent over there to help rebuild the company. It was mainly just Murphy, Omar, and I working on an entire company worth of LAV's. Whenever I had a question regarding a gun issue on the 25 mm chain gun, Murphy was the guy to go to. We shared so many great memories together during those long hours in the shop.
Cole Remmenga

Cole and I were in the same company in the Marine Corps. Cole got out of the Marines about a year and half before me to become a scuba diver and an underwater welder. After he got done with school he moved back to Kearney and one day he came into Cabela's where I work. Out of no where I heard someone say "Pancake??" I turned to see who just called me that because I had that nickname in the Marines and no one had called me that since. I have been helping Cole out whenever he needs me with his new business cleaning water towers and I have enjoyed getting to hang out with him back in Nebraska.

Brinley is the daughter of Emily and Braden Hubert. She is the best big sister to her baby brother, Weston. She is very excited to 'throw flowers' for our big day.

As many of you may know, our world revolves around this 10 pound fur ball. Millie isn't a fan of strangers, so she won't be attending our wedding. However, we still wanted to include her in our special day. This spoiled pup has filled our lives with so much joy. We love her so so so much!!❤️
