To get in the room block, you must book by June 12. After that, the rooms will be released to the public. Please note: the room block rate ONLY applies to Friday and Saturday night. If you need additional nights outside of those two, you’ll pay the standard hotel rate for the extra nights.

Shuttle

BVIP Limousine

June 27, 2026 3:45 pm - 11:00 pm

There will be a shuttle bus running to and from the hotel for those who booked within our room block. If you did not book within the block, we did not account for you riding the shuttle and there will not be a seat for you. The shuttle will leave the hotel promptly at 3:45pm to take people to the venue. Then the shuttle will run continuously back and forth between the venue and hotel from 8:15 pm until the reception ends at 11 pm.
