Question

How Do I RSVP?

Answer

All our RSVPs are online. You can click on the "RSVP" tab above and simply type in a name from your wedding invitation.

Question

Can I bring a plus one? Can I bring my children?

Answer

Due to limited budget, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" or "The (Name) Family" if a plus one has been given to you or your children. Thank you for understanding!

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The deadline to RSVP is Friday, January 17, 2025. We understand this an earlier deadline than usual but we have a lot of out of town guests invited and their travel and accommodations take planning.

Question

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by Friday, January 17th, 2025, you will be marked as "not attending". While we would love to celebrate with you, we have many guests and need to plan accordingly with our vendors. Unless you have been in direct contact with us for an RSVP extension, we are assuming you are not able to attend and completely understand.

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will Not Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Question

What if I RSVPed I'm coming and no longer able to attend? What if someone in my party isn't able to attend anymore?

Answer

We understand life happens. If anything about your RSVP or the guest count has changed, please inform us as soon as possible by text, email or FB message. We would like to be able to plan and have an accurate count of all guests.

Question

Where should we stay? How do we get there from out of state?

Answer

Our wedding venue is located in Laguna Beach, California. While the beach town is gorgeous, the local hotel choice is limited and expensive for a simple room. Since most out of town guests already expressed tying in a vacation with their family members/friends, it made the most sense to get a hotel block near the John Wayne/Santa Ana Airport (SNA). It is a central location (about 20 minutes away) from the wedding venue, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm and the Orange County beach towns. Please visit the "Travel" tab above for hotel and airport info. Also, visit the "Things To Do" tab above for suggestions of points of interest.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Suits, long dresses, cocktail dresses, nice dress shirt, pants and tie welcome. Please no jeans, shorts or t-shirts.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Please note that all events will be held outdoors in the exact same place. The venue, Occasions at Laguna Village, is situated on a floored veranda on a cliff overlooking the ocean. There will be no sand, water or real grass to walk on. Feel free to check the weather and bring a wrap or jacket if you'd like once the sun goes down.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive before the 3:30pm start time for ceremony.

Question

Where do I park for the wedding?

Answer

There will be no parking spots available at our venue, Occasions at Laguna Village. Since the venue is on the oceanside of the street, all the spots will be reserved. We are offering a free shuttle service service from a nearby parking lot to the venue. Please park in the parking lot of: Laguna Beach Unified School District 550 Blumont Street, Laguna Beach, CA 92651 Note: There are no restrooms at this location. Shuttled transportation from the parking lot to Laguna Village will be provided. Please look for the white shuttle with an "Occasions" logo on the corner of Legion Street and Short Street (trolley stop). Please allow ample time for local Laguna Beach traffic and shuttle boarding. If you would like to walk the short distance, please walk down Legion Street for 0.3 miles (2 minutes) and cross the street at the South Coast Highway and the venue will be on your right.

Question

Is there a shuttle from AC Hotel Irvine (the hotel block) to the wedding venue?

Answer

No, there is not a shuttle at this time. Please plan carpooling or taking lyft/uber rides to the venue.

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar as well as a water station. We ask that you be patient and respect the bartenders. Please drink responsibility.

Question

Can I take photos at the wedding?

Answer

While we will have an awesome photographers taking photos of our big day, you can absolutely take your own photos. We will share info for a google drive that everyone can upload their photos to as well. During the ceremony, we will ask everyone to stay present and enjoy the moment with us while our professional photographers do their work.

Are you registered? If so, where?
