Question

Will there be transportation provided? If so, when do shuttles leave?

Answer

Shuttles will depart from Holiday Inn Budd Lake at 3:45pm. We recommend arriving to the shuttles at 3:30pm to secure a seat if you have told us you’re using it. At the end of the night, shuttles will go to the afterparty and then to Holiday Inn Budd Lake, and continue to loop between Bernie’s and the hotel. Final shuttle home will be around 1:30am. Lyft/uber are also great options. If you’re driving, there will be valet parking.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden Formal We'd love for you to embrace color and patterns as we think life is bright and fun – greens, peaches, orange, purple. For women, think longer, color or patterned dresses, and for men, suits or trousers with a blazer are appropriate. Weather permitting we'll be both outside and inside celebrating. Cocktail hour will (hopefully) be out on the lawn so be mindful of shoe choice! (No jeans allowed, which sadly includes Canadian Tuxedos.)

Can I bring an extra guest?

We love your enthusiasm for bringing a party, but space is limited. When formal invitations go out, if it mentions a “+1,” then you’re all set to bring a guest. If not, just bring your dance moves!

While we adore your little ones, we have chosen to have an adults-only reception. We hope you enjoy a well-deserved night off with just us big kids!

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! There is a room block at the Holiday Inn Budd Lake - Rockaway Area. For more information, visit the "Where to Stay" tab here on our website.

Where can I park?

Answer

There will be a valet service upon arrival at the Hamilton Farm Mansion. We do request that all those driving to the venue to be mindful of your partying and not to drink and drive. - Hamilton Farm offers Valet - Shuttle: Park at hotel - Reminder to party smart and not to drink and drive.
