Personal Landmarks

Enjoy this list of the places that have impacted our lives.

The Haggin Museum

1201 North Pershing Avenue, Stockton, CA 95203
, (209) 940-6300

This is where we had our first date as well as where the proposal happened! And, if you haven't seen our photos yet, our Engagement Photos were taken at the Haggin Museum as well.

Christian Life Center

4303 Christian Life Way, Stockton, CA 95212
, (209) 957-4027

This is our home church where we both minister as members of the Media Department. It's also where we first connected.

Christian Life Center

9023 West Lane, Stockton, CA 95210
, (209) 957-4027

It was outside the Student Center at the end of a Lifeline service that Angela told Ben that she liked him. He responded by saying that he liked her too. Ben, then, proceeded to ask her out for a date.

L.H. Horton Gallery at San Joaquin Delta College

5151 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, CA 95207

As we are both lovers and creators of art, this gallery holds special memories for us. For one, Angela has been a featured artist at the Horton Gallery on multiple occasions. But also, this was the first stop of that first date that led us to the Haggin Museum.

Reynolds Gallery at the University of the Pacific

1071 W. Mendocino Ave., Stockton, CA 95211

Located in the Jeannette Powell Art Center, the Reynolds Gallery is another wonderful place to enjoy visual arts. It's also special because Ben is an alumnus of UOP as part of their Graphic Design program and has had the privilege of showing his work in this gallery.

In-N-Out Burger

2625 West Kettleman Lane, Lodi, CA 95242
, (800) 786-1000

We both love a good, fresh burger from In-N-Out. For Angela, it's a #2 animal style, while Ben enjoys a Burger with no onions, mustard instead of the sauce, and pickles.

The Write Place - Tuleburg Press

The Write Place - Tuleburg Press

343 E Main Street, Stockton, CA 95202

If you don't know Paula Sheil, you're missing out on one of the most amazingly passionate and energetic movers and influencers in Stockton. She is the force behind The Write Place where Angela teaches a Creative Writing group called The Writers Exchange. If you get the chance, come visit The Write Place, check out the awesome murals done by local artists, and see the many book arts where are taught there. Support Local Non-Profits!

Art Expressions Of San Joaquin

Art Expressions Of San Joaquin

Stockton, CA 95204

We may not have a permanent space, but you can still see our mark on Stockton. After all, we are the "Gallery On The Move." Art Expressions of San Joaquin has been a part of Angela's life for the last several years. The Director, Arturo Vera, and his wife, Ana Vera, are the lifeblood and heartbeat of this group of local artists representing many forms and styles of art. Ben is now considered an official volunteer and supporter of the group through participating in supporting Angela's artistic endeavors.
