COVID Precautions

Katie has a master's degree in public health from Harvard, so rest assured that we'll make sure this isn't a superspreader event. Please know these requirements are intended to protect the health and safety of ALL guests, including our groom. Please review the COVID-19 FAQ page on this website at the link below. COVID-19 VACCINATION: We kindly ask that all attendees are vaccinated against COVID-19, including any boosters for which you may be eligible. COVID TESTING We ask that ALL guests receive a negative COVID-19 test result in Colorado ON THE DAY OF attending any wedding events (Sat, Sun, and Mon). It is recommended that out-of-town guests also receive a negative result PRIOR to flying. Rapid antigen tests can be found at retail pharmacies like CVS.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Hilton Garden Inn to the Venue

We encourage all guests to take the shuttle from Boulder, as rideshare apps will not pick you up from the venue. You are also welcome to drive yourself to the venue, but please note that overnight parking is not allowed. The shuttle will pick up from the front of the Hilton Garden Inn. Guests need not stay at the hotel to utilize the shuttle. While you could take a Lyft/Uber TO the venue, you will not be able to get one BACK to Boulder, as Lyft/Uber do not operate where the venue is located (about 20 minutes from Boulder). However, if you are staying in Boulder at an accommodation other than the Hilton Garden Inn (or the other hotels listed below, all within short walking distance of the shuttle pick-up), you can easily take a car to the Hilton Garden Inn to catch the shuttle.

We reserved a hotel block at a discounted rate through this hotel, though the block is filling up fast so book now to get in on the discount! Due to the holiday weekend, we are unable to add more rooms to our block once it is full. The shuttle to and from the venue will also pick up and drop off at this hotel, but you are welcome to ride the shuttle even if you don't stay at this hotel. Please note that there will be NO UBERS/LYFTS to get back to Boulder from the venue, as the venue is located in a very small town. Please use the link below to be directed to our hotel block.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Boulder

This hotel is DIRECTLY next to the Hilton Garden Inn, but some guests may prefer to stay here. The Embassy Suites offers free breakfast daily, more spacious accommodations (living rooms, refrigerators, and mini-kitchens), and the option to book rooms with balconies and mountain views. The shuttle to and from the venue will pick up/drop off at the Hilton Garden Inn, just steps from Embassy Suites.

Public Bus between Denver International Airport and Boulder

If you'd like to take a public bus to and from the airport, RTD's Route AB will pick you up at DIA's Gate 8 and drop you off at Downtown Boulder Station (and vice versa), in the heart of Boulder. It will take a little over an hour each way. In either direction, you'll get on at the first stop and off at the last, so it couldn't be easier! Click "View" below to see the schedule. Please be sure to select the correct day of the week to see the schedule, and note that Monday, July 4 will be on their "Holiday" schedule. The ticket you'll need is called the "Regional/Airport Day Pass" and costs $10.50 per passenger each way. The pass is available for sale when you board the bus (cash only, exact change) or using the RTD Mobile Tickets app.
