There are rentable e-bikes and regular bikes all over the city at these B-Cycle stations. Here's one that is downtown. More info at the link. Boulder has one of the best networks of bike paths in the country!

A low-key hike that you can walk to from Pearl Street in downtown Boulder. Very short walk up a hill to get to cool rocks and great views of downtown.
For a real workout of a hike. It's only a couple of miles but your glutes will put in work if you decide to do the whole thing. Katie and Worth got engaged on this trail!
The spa here is incredible. Get a massage. Or enjoy drinks on their patio. Live music outside on Friday nights.
The go-to breakfast spot in Boulder. Prepare for a very long wait, but you can add your name to the waitlist on their app ahead of time. You MUST get a flight of pancakes. Katie's faves are the blueberry danish and cinnamon swirl pancakes.
Another great breakfast spot with Louisiana cookin.' Highly recommend the cheesy jalapeno grits and beignets.
If you'd like to get away from downtown for brunch, this spot is a Boulder classic. There are two locations: one at 3073 Walnut Street, and the other "Southside Walnut Cafe" in South Boulder. Get the blueberry cornbread.
The name says it all. An awesome, locally-owned business with good food and beer. The tempeh reuben is a favorite.
A food hall. The rooftop view is one of the very best in town, the cocktails are great, and the food is yummy.

For casual sandwiches, buckets of cocktails, and the University of Colorado experience (this spot is located in "The Hill" neighborhood where the college is). Definitely get your sammy on their French bread. Our fave is the Thai Tempeh Crunch.
Cool spot with beer, cocktails, and lots of outdoor space. Have a rotating schedule of food trucks.
Best coffee shop in town. There are 2 locations in downtown Boulder, a block or so off either side of the pedestrian zone of the Pearl Street Mall.
The best avocado toast we've ever had. Plus very Scandinavian-chic vibes.
Get a juice, smoothie, or bougie coffee drink to cure your hangover.
