When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 6:30 pm. We are asking that guests arrive between 5:45 pm and 6:15 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Casual cocktail attire is preferred, but not required. Sharing this moment with us is more important than your attire.

Can I bring a date?

If you plan on bringing a date, please be sure to RSVP accordingly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We would love to be able to have everyone in the world share this special day with us, but due to social distancing expectations, we are requesting that only children in the immediate family attend.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to the Eagleman competition in Cambridge, we were only able to block off rooms at one hotel in the area. The Holiday Inn Express has graciously blocked off 10 rooms for Thursday, June 10th and Friday, June 11th, 2021. In order to reserve a room, you will need to contact the hotel by May 5, 2021. You can find a link to their website under the travel tab.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking for all at both locations.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We regret to inform you that there is no shuttle service available from the hotel.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Lite fare and desserts will be served at the reception. Champagne toast and beer will be provided and a cash bar will be available for all other alcoholic drinks.
