Experience the enchantment of The Confluence, where the charm of a riverside town seamlessly merges with the elegance of the countryside. This venue, a stone's throw from the historic downtown Hastings, provides chic comfort with modern flair. Located only 9 minutes away from our wedding venue at Scharr's Bluff, we'll hold our afterparty here and bid the night farewell. Enjoy light snacks, plenty of lounge space, and play field games like corn hole along the stunning Mississippi River! For guests arriving Saturday, the 24th, you're welcome and encouraged to check in at 2pm (instead of at 3pm, the standard check-in time). This has been approved by the hotel.
Shuttle
Shuttle from the Main Hotel to Ceremony
August 24, 2024 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
A shuttle will leave the Confluence Hotel at 2:40pm, 3:00pm and 3:25pm and arrive at our wedding venue at Scharr's Bluff Gathering Center at 2:50pm, 3:10pm, and 3:35pm, respectively. For guests not staying at the hotel, please feel free to drive directly to the Gathering Center where there is abundant parking.
Shuttle
Shuttle from the Ceremony to Hotel
August 24, 2024 9:30 pm - 10:00 pm
A shuttle will be running every half hour from the reception to the Hotel. The Venue will need to be cleared by 10:00 pm sharp, so please make your way to the parking lot for shuttle services (if needed). Scheduled shuttle service will leave at 9:00pm, 9:25pm, and 9:50pm and arriving at the Confluence Hotel at 9:10pm, 9:35pm, and 10:00, respectively. If you need to leave earlier, the shuttle will be on site beginning at 8pm.
