Cocktail-Lite* Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, your fancy florals, breezy linens and silks, & suits welcomed!
Our Ceremony will be held outdoors on the West Lawn outside of the Gathering Center. Walk past the Schaar's Bluff Gathering Center and you can't miss it on the left! Though we are specifying cocktail attire, please wear clothing comfortable for temperatures between 75 and 80 degrees. If there happens to be a rain event, please pack an umbrella, and also be prepared to move into the Gathering Center. There's plenty of parking at the Gathering Center.
Social Hour
4:15 pm - 5:30 pm

Open Bar + Hors d'oeuvres - we got you covered! Available only for social hour, his + her drinks - paloma and mojito cocktails - will be served. We'll be outside on the Lawn and Patios for this event. Extended family photos will be taken during this time. All alcohol will be served inside the Gathering Center, but please feel free to spill out, join up on some field games, explore the grounds, and take in the views of Spring Lake and the Great Mississippi! Don't miss out on the Open Prairies just West of the Gathering Center, the Stone Alcove down on the Bluff, or the Panoramic Views of the Mesic-Mixed Hardwood Forests of the Upper Midwest! When entering ceremony space of the Gathering Center, we welcome you to leave your impression through a simple clay-related activity and also sign the guest book. At the welcome table, you'll find your seating placement and gift to carry with you to your table.
Dinner & Dance Reception

Our Dinner will be hosted inside the Gathering Center. Space will be, admittedly, a bit tight but we are excited for the intimate experience! Fully plated and open bar, find your place and enjoy the meals provided by the Scandinavian-inspired Deco Arts Catering! We plan on some speeches and moments of sharing towards the end of our meal. A night of dancing to follow. Cozy up to the fire pit just outside the Gathering Center with DIY s'mores.
A-Party at the Confluence Hotel

When our last shuttle departs Shaar's Bluff at 9:45pm sharp, we invite you to reunite back at the Confluence Hotel Bar to socialize and vibe into the night. While the RSVPs shared that this would include extended dancing, this part of the night will be lower key without designated dancing. We'll move to the outdoor patio area and enjoy light snacks provided by us, plenty of lounge space, and play field games like corn hole along the stunning Mississippi River! Refresh as needed with at the bar inside or outside. Let's keep the good times rolling – the after-party awaits.
