Our Timeline

Sam & Trinity met in the winter of 2018 while working together at NUWAY. Trinity would call Sam's office to ask questions she already knew the answer to & Sam would eagerly take phone calls he would otherwise dread. The two would continue passively circling one another over the course of the next 6 months until one fateful day when a car came close to hitting Sam as he prepared to cross the street and he recognized the person behind the windshield of that car as Trinity. The two began talking outside of work, starting construction on a world of inside jokes they share to this day. On 9.13.18 Sam asked Trinity out to try Thai-style rolled ice cream, something neither of them had tried before. Sam was honest about his intentions around dating Trinity; Trinity realized that she was on a date with Sam. The two became best friends and in 2 months' time Trinity introduced Sam to her family and Sam invited Trinity to join him on a road trip to Missouri for all three days of his family's Thanksgiving. Over the past 3+ years Trinity & Sam have enjoyed road trips, dog adventures, hikes, coffee runs, taco tastings, baseball games, paddle board excursions, & binge watching Below Deck. They've supported each other through an ongoing pandemic while dreaming about a future they'd create together. On 12.21.21, Sam invited Trinity to "go see the big tree" at the Union Depot. Trinity knew why they were really there. Sam got down on his knee & took out a rolled-up piece of paper that Trinity gave him over two years prior. He handed Trinity the paper and asked her to read it aloud. The paper read "What is something new you want to try?" Sam asked, "Want to try this?" and took out a ring. Trinity gleefully agreed - but only AFTER snatching the ring. On 2.12.22, Trinity & Sam were married in an intimate ceremony at Trinity's home. On 3.2.22, Trinity & Sam closed on their first house and moved in about a month later. Both the couple and their dogs are thrilled with the house, the yard, and the neighborhood!
