Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! This is a black-tie optional wedding. We recommend dark suits or tuxes for those who do suits. If a dress is more your style, we recommend a long dress, dressy separates, or a formal cocktail dress.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We currently have a block of rooms reserved at the Westin Book Cadillac for Nov. 29 and Nov. 30 for $175 per night. Use the link in the travel section or say you are staying at the “Woods Branch” wedding when you call to book!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is valet parking for the ceremony and reception. It’s also a short Uber or Lyft ride away from downtown Detroit. The address of the Masonic Temple is 500 Temple Street, Detroit, MI.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you plan to valet your car, you may want to arrive a few minutes before the ceremony begins in case there is a line!

We’ve reserved space at the legendary cocktail lounge Cafe D’Mongos for those who aren’t quite ready for the night to end!
