Larry and Christine have reserved the back room for us at the legendary D'Mongos speakeasy! A few notes: -D'Mongos will be busy. The quickest drinks to order are a Detroit Brown (Crown Royal and mixer) or a 1439 (Captain Morgan and Rock'n'Rye, Quentin Tarentino's favorite!) -If the band is playing, D'Mongo's expects patrons to purchase alcohol. And they warned that extremely drunk people may be assessed a $10 cover charge. -The bar has grilled cheese sandwiches for sale. Nearby late-night restaurants include Lafayette Coney Island and Bucharest Grill. -Nearby street parking is usually available on Washington Blvd. There's also a cash parking lot at the corner of Clifford and Washington
