Denver is home to scores of amazing breweries and other places to have a drink (or several). Here are just a few of our favorites Denver Beer Company - located on Platte Street (a favorite for all things eating, drinking, and shopping) and it's dog friendly! A must visit. Ratio Beerworks - a Denver staple in the heart of the RiNo Arts District. 10 Barrel Brewing - great tasting brews in a huge space, the rooftop deck is a crowd-pleaser. Blue Moon Brewing Company - you've almost certainly had one before, but it'll taste so much better coming direct from the source. Stem Ciders - for those of you who have difficulty with gluten or just love a good cider, no one will throw you any shade for forcing a pit stop here. Mile High Spirits Distillery - see the place where that FBI agent shot that dude by accident while doing a backflip! Also, great local liquor.
Here's a list of links to some of our favorite places to eat and drink in the city. Go for a meal, a drink, or both! Union Station - Only a short walk from the preferred hotel, Union Station is packed with great bars, restaurants, and is one of the most photographed buildings in Denver. Denver Milk Market - don't let the name fool you; Milk Market has 16 different bars, restaurants, and dining concepts all-in-one. Ophelia's Electric Soapbox - a former brothel turned bar/restaurant/music venue. Incredible brunch and a great calendar of events. Avanti Food and Beverage - a multi-level food hall with several bars and incredible views of the city. It gets crowded fast, but the photo you take on the upper level is guaranteed to make your Instagram gallery of the weekend. Larimer Square - a densely packed block full of bars, restaurants, and shops and an easy place to kill a few hours and snap a few gorgeous photos of the lights strung across the length of the street all year long.
The Rino neighborhood is full of beautiful sculpture, street art, art galleries and delicious food.
