Ryan and Kristin met at work. Ryan was a floor nurse and Kristin was the dietitian assigned to his team. After a few months of some serious flirting at the nursing station, Ryan asked Kristin to go to the Evergreen Dog Park, and anyone who knows Kristin knows that the way to her heart is through her dog, Rex. The rest, as they say, is history.

On an early summer morning, Ryan and Kristin set off on their bikes to ride downtown for brunch. As they reached Confluence Park, Ryan requested that they get off their bikes and head up to the top of the Confluence Park hill. Kristin was hungry and tired and was seriously resisting this detour. After some begging and pleading, she finally (begrudgingly) trekked up the hill only to be met by Ryan down on one knee. Needless to say, she was slightly embarrassed that she had been so difficult, but it was only further proof that Ryan loved her no matter what. Kristin was absolutely thrilled and immediately said YES. We are so excited to share this next chapter in our lives with all of you! See you in August!
