Are kids welcome?

While we LOVE your kids, the wedding and reception on Saturday are adults only. For our out of town guests, if you would like to bring your little one(s) with you on your travels, we can provide you with the contact information to a reputable babysitting service in the area. Also, the Convalidation and brunch on Sunday are open to all!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is limited at Red Mountain, so we will be organizing shuttles from the Hilton hotel downtown. If you're not staying at or near the hotel, we will also be arranging a shuttle from the reception venue, where there is ample parking.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

I saw on the invitation that there is a 10-15 minute walk to the ceremony site from the shuttle drop off. If I am unable to walk that far, what are my options?

Answer

We will have carts available for those that need additional assistance getting to the ceremony site from the shuttle drop off point and back down again after the ceremony.
