What is a cocktail-style reception?

Answer

The format for the reception is like a cocktail party with guests mingling throughout the evening while being served passed hors d'oeuvres which will be circulating amongst the guests as well as having several food stations for dinner. There will be plenty of seating but no formal seating arrangements or dinner. Expect a night of dancing!

Although we love your little ones, this is an adults-only celebration.

Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events will be outdoors, in a mix of sunny and shaded areas. The venue has turf.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Doors will open at 4pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot open to any guests. Cars may be parked there overnight if needed.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The afternoon ceremony may be hot, but California evenings can get chilly!

Yes, there will be an open bar with beer, wine, and cocktails from 5pm to 9:30pm.
