The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors (weather permitting) with the reception indoors. As the wedding is in March it can be on the cooler side for Arizona. Please bring a jacket in case! As far as shoe choice the outdoor portion will take place on the lawn, so stilettos might not be the best choice.
While I cannot predict the weather for the day, I have my fingers crossed for a sunny day! Typically weather in Scottsdale at the end of March averages a high of 79 and low of 53 degrees with sunny or partially sunny weather.
The ceremony starts at 5pm will be roughly 30 minutes to an hour with cocktail hour starting directly after. Dinner/reception will follow the cocktail hour after until roughly 12am. All event locations are located within a 1 minute walk or each other making for an easy flow to the evening
As many of our guests are staying all over the Scottsdale area, we will not be providing transportation. We recommend taking an Uber or Lyft which are readily available in the area to get to the wedding. There will be an open bar so please plan accordingly to ensure a safe ride home!
Yes, there is parking available at the venue. Please park outside the main clubhouse in the parking lot.
Unfortunately due to limited space and accommodations unless addressed on your invitation to include a guest we look forward to your attendance and spending time with you on our special day!
We'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet for the main meal and dessert. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will also be provide and available.
Please include any dietary restrictions/allergies on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly and let the cater know.
Yes there will be! We ask for you to bring a few dollars to make sure we are taking care of the staff who are working so hard!
We ask that you please turn all phones off during the ceremony and be fully present. We will have many photos you will be able to share following the big day but we please ask for an unplugged ceremony with no phones present.

We ask for you to stay home if you are feeling Ill or under the weather to protect our other guests attending. We appreciate your cooperation. Proper hand sanitizing stations will be available with all cleaning protocols to be appropriately handled.
