Maid of Honor
Ana is the brides very best friend. Having met at 9 years old, Ana has been by Sara’s side through every phase of life (even starting a band together). She’s been a blessing in so many ways, and has always gone above and beyond to be the most considerate, loving, and uplifting friend - and now Maid of Honor. “There is so much I could share about Sara and Cameron that I absolutely adore, but I think my all-time favorite thing about their relationship is how they bring out the best qualities in each other. In the 15 years I’ve known Sara, I can honestly say I’ve never seen her radiate such confidence and joy. They really do enhance each other’s lives, and it has been such a special thing to witness. My favorite memory of them will always be the night that Sara and I went to dinner at Gratify—when we had no intention of going there that night—and saw Cameron standing at the bar (this was shortly before they started dating). Sara, being a little more soft-spoken than me, attempted to call for his attention, but he couldn’t hear her over the music in the restaurant. I, being the loud friend, yelled “CAMERONNN” and finally caught his attention. He walked over to our table and we chatted for a bit. A couple of weeks later, Sara called me to tell me about how they went on a date and how amazing it went. And, of course, the rest is history! I’m not sure if I believed in fate before that night, but now I am certain that it was fate that brought them together.”

Brandi is Sara's big sister. They have shared lots of memories growing up together, some of the favorites being watching Harry Potter and playing video games for hours. Sara has always looked up to Brandi as the cool big sister, and now looks up to her as an incredible mom to her kiddos. Sara loves tagging along to play co-stage mom with Brandi at her nieces gymnastics competitions, and laughing through the hours of repetitive gymnastics competition music together.

Marley is Sara’s other big sister. She brings so much joy to everyone’s lives around her. Marley is such a positive light in people’s lives, and is an amazing mom to her little girl. One of Sara’s favorite memories with her sister is talking about choosing the name of her little girl, Emily Grace, and settling on that sweet name together!

Avery is Cameron's big sister and best friend. Sara and Avery quickly hit it off and became close friends ever since Cameron introduced them. They love getting to spend time together any chance they get, and both couldn’t be more excited to be getting a new sister! Avery and her husband Ryan enjoy watching UT games, grilling, and hanging out with their two sweet pups (Maple and Iris) in their free time!

Eva is a dear friend to Sara. These two met in their college theater program and immediately connected over each others easy going temperament and having the same goofy sense of humor. Since then, Sara and Eva have shared many all nighters creating art, cooking, and laughing until the sun comes up. “I am so incredibly blessed that Sara became a part of my life six years ago. She was a creative inspiration to me in college, and she still is today. She exceeds in absolutely anything she puts her mind to, and ever since she told me about Cameron I knew that he was her Yang to her Yin, her other half. The missing part of the puzzle piece of life that she needed. Not only do they compliment each other effortlessly, but I know their love is so powerful and an inspiration to others. Their dedication and love for each other will move mountains. Congratulations to you both!”

Sara and Madison first met through their mutual friend, Eva, and connected while on a two week trip to see her while she lived in Los Angeles. While on this trip together, Sara and Madison shared many deep conversations, hikes, and pastries from Porto's bakery. They came away from this time closer than ever, and have continued this sweet friendship ever since! "Sara and Cameron are some of the most wholesome, goofy, kind hearted, amazing people I have ever met. The way they support and uplift each other, compliment each other, and share every bit of themselves with the other is something awe inspiring and fills my heart with joy. These two deserve every ounce of happiness this world has to offer and I just know their marriage will only continue to harbor joy, companionship, and devotion to each other, life, and their loved ones. Sara and Cameron show me the way to have zest for being alive. I am so grateful that they have each other to grow in love and reverence for all that life has to offer. Being in their company is to have a peaceful, pleasant, uplifting time. I am so happy I get to call them my pals!"

Sara and Vanessa initially met through their mutual friend, Ana. They became fast friends after the first day they spent together five years ago celebrating Ana's birthday, and have been a part of each others lives since. Vanessa has been one of Sara's best friends in Houston, and is always happy to explore new restaurants, go for a long walk & talk, or simply spend time in each others company. "When I look at Sara and Cameron, it just makes perfect sense. Scarily too much sense. They radiate the same pure, sweet energy and it shows with every encounter. I could not be more grateful that Sara moved to Houston, and in the last few years we have been able to establish such a genuine, amazing friendship that I wouldn’t trade for the world. Sara feels like home and I will feel that way about her forever. She is a safe space for a lot of us. No matter where life takes us, Sara is a forever friend. Cameron coming into the lives of ALL of us is such a blessing- especially since we get to witness the happiness he brings Sara. Sara and Cameron truly deserve each other. They are such an incredible example of love, a very sweet and exciting love. I am lucky to be a part of such a special day. Cheers to the Wolfes!"

Ashlynn and Sara met during their time at Texas A&M, when Sara reached out through social media saying, "Hey we should be friends!". They have since spent lots of time together going to A&M football games, bowling, and having boat days. They have even gotten their fiancés to become friends and now have frequent double dates together. "I remember the first time I saw Sara and Cameron together, I remember thinking “yep this is going to work, she’s found her person”. It’s rare in this world to see people that truly have found love & with Sara and Cameron you can’t deny that they have found what everyone is looking for."

Luke is originally from Austin, but moved to Germany after college to study German and teach English. He now lives in Malta which is a small island country just south of Italy, working for a software company. Luke and Camerons friendship began back in their high school band’s tuba section. Cameron was just entering high school as a freshmen and Luke can still remember him saying at one of his first football games that “we would be friends for a long time”. Cameron was absolutely right and the next year they would go on to be in a viral YouTube video together having their 15 minutes of a fame!

Mason and Cameron met through their high school marching band. Mason played trombone, and Cameron played tuba. Once, driving back from a band competition, there wasn’t enough space on the bus. Cam and Mason were among the few who rode back in a Suburban with a couple of the younger band directors, and in that moment the Burb Crew was born. They’ve been friends ever since. Mason grew up in Austin and recently moved to New York City. He loves learning, traveling, running, Broadway musicals, and making music with friends. He works in tech in Trust & Safety and is as passionate about following world news as he is about spreading joy. Mason loves interesting conversations and seeks out moments that help him to see reality from a new perspective, which is what has largely allowed Cameron and Mason to form such a strong friendship over the years.

Landon was one of Cameron's roommates during their time in college. When Cameron first came to UT in 2016, they were randomly matched to live together. And because Landon was a sophomore at the time, he wasn't sure what to think of having a freshman roommate... especially a randomly assigned one. However, any reservations that Landon had were thrown out the window when they met. They immediately became friends, bonded over their shared interests (tuba, computers, and sense of humor to name a few), and have remained close friends since.

JP currently lives in Puerto Rico and is attending Ponce School of Medicine.

Cameron and Elliot met through their fiancés, Sara and Ashlynn. They hit it off right away, and became good friends after a day trip to Crockett, TX together. Cameron went to help Elliot on a project he had been working on, and they spent the day building a deck together and hanging out. “Everyone needs a friend in life that you can learn from, laugh with, and count on and Cameron is that guy.”
