Ceremony will begin at 4 but please arrive at 3:30 to ensure you get there in time to park and find your seat. Birkby House offers free parking in the Liberty Street SW, Leesburg VA 20175, behind the venue. Other parking options include (both free): Pennington Lot & Garage, 210 Church Street NE Town Hall Garage, 10 Loudoun Street SW Please kindly RSVP by March 1st.
