What about accommodations?
Answer
We're hosting a full weekend experience and invite you to stay onsite with us! Camp Lodging: Cozy shared cabins are avaialable on a first-come, first-service basis. These cabins sleep 6-12 guests and have access to clean, modern bathhouses. We'll group friends and family thoughtfully - and yes, we'll keep the snorers in their own bunk. Bedding is provided but we recommend bringing a towel, a flashlight or headlamp, and any camp comforts you love. Local Hotels and Airbnbs: If you prefer a private stay offsite, there are great options in downtown Hendersonville (15 minutes away) or Flat Rock. We'll link recs on our wedding site under the Accommodations page soon.

What's the dress code?
Answer
We're calling it Garden Party/North Carolina Casual. Think: Festive but comfortable - something you'd wear to an outdoor wedding with a mountain breeze. Examples: Sundresses, jumpsuits, linen pants, button-downs, rompers, floral prints, light jackets or fun sweaters. Footwear: Please wear flat or low-heeled shoes suitable for grass and gravel paths. No stilettos, please! You'll be outdoors a lot, so layers, sun hats, or light scarves are smart.

Is there parking?

YES! There is plenty of free parking at Camp Pinnacle.

Is there cell service or wi-fi?
Answer
Service is spotty, which is part of the charm. We encourage you to unplug and enjoy the present moment. You'll be able to reach us or our event folks if anything urgent arises.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
YES! This is a family friendly event. Camp is an amazing place to roam and explore. Please let us know if you're bringing little ones so we can help accommodate.

Can I bring my dog (pet)?
Answer
Unfortunately, Camp Pinnacle has a no-pet policy. Please make arrangements to leave your furry friends at home for the weekend.
