Cabin Check-in
4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Please RSVP if you wish to stay onsite with us at the camp. This is a real summer camp with several bunk houses and multiple shower houses. We will take all the RSVPs and try to accommodate everyone. We will put people in shared bunk houses who will get along well, family and friends together. Our hope is for everyone to stay at the camp with us for the full experience. We will not be charging a set fee, only taking donations for those staying on-site. There is a link in our Registry tab for donations. If you RSVP and decide later that you would like to stay offsite of the camp, it will be no problem.
Tiki Party
6:00 pm - 11:45 pm

The welcome party will be fun-focused with a complete TIKI theme. Please come dressed to impress in your best TIKI outfits. Pizza will be served from 6 pm - 8 pm and there will be drinks, snacks, as well as a fire side fun at the end.

Food Served 9am-10am Whether you are staying off or on-site with us, we invite everyone to join us for breakfast in the morning for some food, coffee, and social time. Please RSVP for this if you plan on making it to breakfast.
Day of Events
10:30 am - 2:00 pm
The day of events will take place from 10:30 am - 2:00 pm - Easy Guided Hike ( Time TBD ) or - Moderate Guided Hike ( Time TBD ) - Swimming in the lake ( 12pm-2pm ) - And more fun camp activities: - Volleyball, Corn hole, playground, etc... NO RSVP required
Lunch

Ceremony
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Ceremony Attire: Garden Party/North Carolina Casual. Think: Festive but comfortable. Examples: Sundresses, jumpsuits, linen pants, button-downs, rompers, floral prints, light jackets or fun sweaters. Footwear: Please wear flat or low-heeled shoes suitable for grass and gravel paths. No stilettos, please! You'll be outdoors a lot, so layers, sun hats, or light scarves are smart.

Photos With Bride and Groom and Then Grab A Plate

Following the ceremony, Jacob and Whitney will be available lake-side to take photos with anyone and everyone who wants to. There's no time to wait for good food. Make your way to the reception area and grab a plate.
Potluck Cookie Table
6:30 pm - 7:15 pm
We are having a Potluck Cookie Table during our reception and would love it if you could contribute home-baked cookies! Table will be set up at 4:00 pm in the reception area for the event. Think: ladylocks, kolaches, peanut butter blossoms, buckeyes, thumbprints, lemon bars, chocolate chip cookies, or what ever ancient family recipe you have up your sleeve. We can't wait to see and taste all the cookies, bring as many as you want, no pressure!
Reception

Following dinner there will be cake and party time. Join the newlyweds in continuing to celebrate.
