Please provide RSVP no later than July 26, 2026.
While we wish we could include everyone's offspring, we unfortunately have a very limited capacity at both ceremony and reception, and appreciate everyone's understanding as we host an adults only wedding.
Please refer to all guests included on your invitation. If you have any questions please reach out.
If you can, pack all the layers - Fall in CO is a real mixed bag. Mornings will be chilly - followed typically by blue skies and warmer temps, before we get chilly again the moment the sun goes down. Afternoon storms are semi-normal, but don't typically last too long. Activities are abundant in the great outdoors, so comfortable sneakers are always highly encouraged. Water bottle & chapstick are the Colorado additions to the holy trinity of 'phone, wallet, keys' and we'd recommend joining the trend while you're at 9,000ft! Jess also doesn't typically leave the house without a layer of sunscreen, and we firmly trust her guidance in this department.
We love the mountains. From our first trip together to Crested Butte to this magical week, we always feel inspired and at home surrounded by the wonders of nature. Colorado has continuously given us special times together, in special places, surrounded by the beauty of the mountains. Frisco, CO offered us an opportunity we couldn't find elsewhere. The craziness of the wedding industry gave us some initial worries when we began seeking a way to host our ceremony in the Rocky Mountains. Thanks to her indominable will, Jess stumbled upon the Wedding Overlook Site and 10 Mile Music Hall. After a quick trip to check both out, we knew we had found what we were hoping for. Bonus points: Eric's dog came with the name Frisco when he was rescued from the Foothills Animal Shelter in Spring 2017. Is he from Frisco CO, or Frisco TX? We'll never know, but we love a good coincidence!
The magic of the internet! Jess and Eric met on the dating app Hinge during the unprecedented times of the pandemic. Jessica noted in her profile that she valued 'honest communication, and tacos' in a relationship, and Eric took his chance and asked her to meet for dinner. Jess stayed on brand, and suggested a taco shop; hence the Wedding dinner theme as it always brings us back to our first date. After a long and rougher than normal shift, Jess thought about cancelling, but forged ahead in hopes a good margarita and yap would heal her. A few hours and tacos later, the first date was in the books, and a 2nd was soon to be planned. Fast forward 5yrs, and we're getting married - and still enjoying tacos, honest communication, and always being across the table from each other.
