What is the date and time of the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will take place on October 3rd, 2026. Ceremony cocktails will start at 2:30, and the ceremony will start at 3:30. Please arrive no later than 3 PM. *Timing is subject to change. Please refer to our website the week of the wedding for the most up-to-date timeline*

What is the dress code?

Answer

Welcome Party: Casual! Wedding Ceremony & Reception: Island Semi-Formal: polished, relaxed, & Maui Chic! Think light fabrics and colors! Linen or lightweight suits, dress shirts (ties optional), midi or maxi dresses are perfect. Please skip tuxedos and dark formal suits. We want this to feel elevated but easy & island-appropriate. Check back closer to the wedding for outfit inspiration and pictures.

Are you doing anything the day before the wedding?

Answer

YES! We are hosting a Welcome Party at a nearby venue, starting at 5 PM on October 2nd, 2026.

Are you doing anything the day after the wedding?

Answer

We will have an unhosted pool day at our hotel room block, Wailea Beach Resort. A casual pool day (come and go as you please)! Please note that you must be a guest in order to hang at the pool. If you are not staying at our room block, please let us know and we will try and work with the hotel ahead of time to get you access to the pool.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones, but all of our wedding events will be adults-only celebrations (21+). Due to Hawaii liquor laws and our reception festivities, we’re only able to host guests over 21. Thank you for understanding!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation and RSVP page. Thank you for understanding!

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

The pre-ceremony cocktails and ceremony will be held outdoors and uncovered, so please keep sun, breeze, and weather in mind when planning your attire. The reception will take place in an open-air restaurant with roof coverings, offering an outdoor atmosphere with protection from the elements.

Do I need a rental car?

Answer

Totally up to you, but definitely not needed! We have made all of our events within walking proximity of our wedding venue (no more than a 10 minute walk)!
