This celebration carries the spirit of a women-centered mehndi. Children and men are welcome but not required. If you’re unsure about attendance, feel free to reach out, we’re so grateful to share this space with you.

Nikkah Ceremony

Please wear modest, semi-formal attire. Cultural dress from any background is encouraged. Shoes will be removed before entering the prayer hall.

The Nikkah is a sacred Ismaili Muslim ceremony, marking the beginning of our marriage with prayer, presence, and intention. It will be held indoors at the Ismaili Community Centre and Jamatkhana in Scarborough, a space of reflection, community, and meaning.
