College roommate of the groom. Reed and Dan met as freshman at UD where they roomed across the hall from each other in the Stuart dorm. During their college days they spent countless hours running up and down the basketball courts at UD's Recplex. Reed and his wife, Kendall, currently reside in Newport Beach, CA with their dog, Obi.
Rachel Cahill
Matron of Honor
Friend of the bride. Rachel and Caroline met all the way back in first grade at Blessed Sacrament School and have been best friends for the past 25 years. The two remained close despite going to different high schools and colleges, living in separate states for almost 10 years of their friendship, and never being able to agree on what movie to watch or what music to listen to.
Chris Wise
Groomsman
Future brother-in-law of the groom. Dan and Chris met in the fall of 2020 when Caroline brought Dan to her childhood home for the first time. As Caroline and Dan pulled up to the house, Chris was performing a "farmer's walk" and carrying dumbbells up and down the street in a competition with his neighbor. Dan quickly picked up on Chris' competitive nature which has been put to the test on the golf course as well. Chris lives in Norwood, OH with his wife, Leah, and two children, Walker & Maren.
Leah Wise
Bridesmaid
Sister-in-law of the bride. It was on the drive up to UD to move Caroline into college that her brother Chris first told her about a girl named Leah he was going to take out on a date. Caroline knew then that Leah was going to be someone special in her brother's life. To this day Leah is the only person Caroline has seen outmatch Chris in level of competitiveness, and she is always a top choice for teammate in a Wise Family Beer Olympics.
Alex Wise
Groomsman
Future brother-in-law of the groom. Alex and Dan met in the fall of 2020 when Caroline introduced Dan to the family for the first time. Alex was also competing in the same "farmer's walk" competition as his brother, Chris. It remains to be seen if Dan can even lift one of the two dumbbells they were using at the time. Alex lives in Edgewood, KY with his wife, Jess, and two children, Finn & Ava.
Jessica Wise
Bridesmaid
Sister-in-law of the bride. Jessica and Caroline attended the same high school and college but did not formally meet until Jessica started dating Caroline's brother, Alex. Jessica and Alex visited Caroline at UD on St. Patrick's Day in 2012, and Caroline could tell Jessica knew how to have fun and would be a great addition to the Wise family. The two now work at the same hospital and enjoy meeting up on breaks to eat snacks and chat.
Tim Lin
Groomsman
Brother-in-law of the groom. Tim and Dan were introduced when Dan's sister, Leah, brought Tim to a cousin's wedding in North Carolina. As a diehard Boston sports fanatic (Red Sox, Patriots, you name it), Dan enjoys badgering Tim when his teams don't play up to his expectations. Tim currently resides in Lebanon, NH with is wife, Leah, son, Sammy, and two dogs, Blue & Bear.
Leah Todd Lin

Future sister-in-law of the bride. Leah and Caroline met virtually in 2020 and in-person for the first time in 2021. The two share one very important thing in common - they both rescued a Blue Heeler and named him Blue! Leah and Caroline love to talk about the rewards and trials of having such loving, high-energy, and sometimes trouble-making pups. They were able to introduce the Blues late last year!
Elijah Kuska

College roommate of the groom. Elijah and Dan met freshman year at UD where they roomed across the hall from one another in the Stuart dorms. The two battled it out many times on the FIFA video game pitch, with Elijah coming out victorious 99.9% of the time. Elijah and his wife, Morgan, currently reside in Seattle, WA.
Haley Todd

Future sister-in-law of the bride. Haley and Caroline met virtually in 2020 and then in-person in 2021. They both have a love for yoga and reminiscing on times at their shared alma mater, UD. While visiting Haley in Denver, Haley introduced Caroline to the best breakfast burrito she has ever had (shout out to Santiago's), and for that Caroline will be forever grateful.
Neal Bucher

Childhood friend and college roommate of the groom. Neal and Dan have been friends since their elementary school days at St. Michael's school in Findlay, OH. While together at UD, the two frequented the same parties in the ghetto hosted by another Findlay friend, Kevin Krucki. Neal and his wife, Kate, currently reside in Birmingham, AL with their dog, Lola.
Madie Schickler

Friend of the bride. Madie and Caroline met their first day on campus freshman year at the University of Dayton. They quickly bonded over their shared love of Gilmore Girls and shared dislike of jewelry-making. The two would go on to be direct roommates for the rest of their time at UD and would eat untold amounts of Oreo cookies, watch countless hours of Law & Order: SVU, and dance many nights away at Tim's Bar & Grill.
Finnley Wise

Nephew of the bride and lover of donuts. Nickname: Finny West Minny. Finn has a knack for naming all the sea creatures at the aquarium and he can melt your heart with his smile and a hug.
Ava Wise

Niece of the bride and avid fan of popsicles. Ava, AKA Ava Gurl, is most well known for her impossible feat of polishing off an entire brownie sundae on her 2nd birthday.
Walker Wise

Nephew of the bride and avid watcher of Paw Patrol. Walker, AKA Walker Man, can often be found cruising the Norwood neighborhood in his John Deere gator and is known for having a lead foot.
Maren Wise

Niece of the bride and championship eater of pizza. Maren, or Mare Bear, is down for any activity that also involves a meal and is a fierce protector of her baby doll Georgie.
